KUALA LUMPUR: A man believed to be an Indonesian was electrocuted yesterday when he dashed across the Putra LRT tracks after snatching a passenger's handphone at the Universiti station, disrupting the train service by two hours.
Brickfields OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Noh Kandah said the man, in his early 20s, was killed on the spot after he went on the tracks and apparently touched a live wire at about 8pm.
