PENANG: A 23-year-old man, who has been on the run for the past eight months following the brutal murder of a man in Johor Baru last year, was arrested in Island Glades here recently.
He was picked up in connection with a robbery case but a check later revealed that he was high on the Johor police's wanted list for the murder committed in August.
