Bail hearing of palace aide and bomoh put off

TAIPING: The hearing of an application for bail by bomoh Rahim Ismail and palace aide Tengku Aristonsjah who were convicted of abetting in the killing of Raja di-Hilir Perak's second wife, Hasleza Ishak, has been postponed to May 16. 

Rahim, 47, and Tengku Aristonsjah, 41, together with carpenter Sabarudin Non, 34, and fisherman J. Manimaran, 27, were sentenced to 20 years' jail each by the High Court here on April 25 for the manslaughter.
