KUALA LUMPUR: Judges should resign if they cannot refrain from “misbehaving” while in office, said Chief Justice Tan Sri Ahmad Fairuz Sheikh Abdul Halim.
“We do not want a few black sheep to smear the good name of the whole body,” Ahmad Fairuz told reporters after a ceremony to appoint 12 Judicial Commissioners to the High Court yesterday.
