Docs and professor to give SARS talks

KUALA LUMPUR: The public can get a first-hand understanding of the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) situation and its impact on the doctor, patient and the community at a symposium on Saturday. 

The panel of speakers include Sunway Medical Centre consultant chest physician Dr Wong Wing Keen who would talk on Atypical Pneumonia and SARS: What's Old? What's New?; Hospital Kuala Lumpur consultant physician Dr Christopher Lee (The Management of SARS – Morbidity and Mortalities: Lessons Learned from Around the World) and University Malaya Medical Centre chief virologist Professor Lam Sai Kit (The Virology and Clinical Epidemiology of SARS: Facts and Controversies.)
