KOTA KINABALU: One of the three Malaysians arrested by Indonesian police during a crackdown against terrorists is wanted in connection with Jemaah Islamiah (JI) activities in Sabah.
The arrests definitely have some bearing on our investigations, said state police commissioner DCP Datuk Ramli Yusuff when asked about the detention of Malaysians Nasir Abas, Nurmiswari alias Nurdin and Muhamad Rafi Udin by Indonesian police over the past two weeks.o
