KUALA LUMPUR: A 22-year-old youth who kidnapped his four-year-old brother for ransom was arrested inside a bank in Subang Jaya yesterday when he went to withdraw the ransom money.
The four-year-old boy who was also in the bank was rescued and reunited with his family by police officers from the city serious crimes division.
