SINGAPORE: A Malaysian tycoon said his ex-mistress almost cleaned him out when she withdrew nearly S$3.7mil (RM8.14mil) from his bank accounts two years ago.
Yeoh Poh San, 58, told the High Court that Won Siok Wan, 48, had withdrawn S$2.5mil (RM5.5mil) of his money from Singapore accounts on June 11, 2001; S$417,454 (RM900,000) from a Kuala Lumpur account between June 11 and 14, 2001; and S$780,000 (RM1.7mil) from accounts in Thailand around June 12, 2001.
