Eldest abused girl never went to school

SEREMBAN: Visits to the family of four siblings, who are suspected to have been abused, found that the eldest child has never attended school. 

“I was shocked to discover that the eldest of the four girls, 10-year-old S. Shobana, has never been to school,” state MIC Youth chief T. Rajagopalu said.
