KOTA BARU: Kelantan People’s Action Council (KPAC) president Datuk Ibrahim Ali has challenged the PAS-led government to organise the Sultan of Kelantan’s birthday celebrations next year.
He said that Kelantan Mentri Besar Datuk Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat should take the lead to organise a function for the Sultan.
