PUTRAJAYA: All air passengers arriving from affected countries have been double-screened – before boarding their aircraft and upon arrival in Malaysia – to cut transmission of the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) virus, Transport Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ling Liong Sik said.
He said pre-screening was conducted by all airlines during check-in while Malaysian health officers did the post-screening.
