KUALA LUMPUR: Astro has sent a letter of apology to the Energy, Communications and Multimedia Ministry following an incident in which the compere of last month's Planet Music Award 2003 called his colleague “Jakun” during the live show.
The subscriber television station had explained that it was not the intention of the compere to embarrass anyone, said ministry parliamentary secretary Chia Kwang Chye.
