TAIPING: The three accused in the Hasleza Ishak murder had a common intention – to make her unconscious and throw her off a bridge, the High Court was told.
In his closing submissions, DPP Nordin Hassan said the blow that padi farmer Mat Saad Isa gave to Hasleza’s neck was to ensure that nothing prevented them from carrying out their murder plan.
