JOHOR BARU: Police have crippled an international football betting syndicate, believed to be the largest in the city, with the arrest of four men at a condominium in Permas Jaya.
A team led by Deputy Supt Azmi Osman from the secret society, vice and gambling division raided the penthouse on Sunday following a tip-off.
