PENANG: Despite news that two of their officials were involved in an ambush on Malaysians in strife-torn Baghdad, there is no letting up for the Malaysian Medical Relief Society (Mercy Malaysia) in carrying out its medical and humanitarian aid for the war victims of Iraq.
Its Penang chapter chairman Dr Mohd Hamzah Kamarulzaman said the unfortunate incident had not changed its stand in providing relief work.
