KOTA BARU: The Kota Baru Municipal Council will act against the organisers of the concert-cum-cultural dance held in conjunction with the Sultan of Kelantan's 53rd birthday on Saturday night for flouting the Entertainment and Premises Control Enactment 1998.
President Ab Aziz Ab Rahman said the council would take the organisers to court for violating the conditions stipulated in the licence issued to hold the event and a float procession.
