SUBANG: Malaysian men are unaware that they, too, can get breast cancer and that it is far easier to detect a growth in a man's breast than a woman's, doctors said yesterday.
“It is far easier for a man to detect a growth in his breast compared to a woman,” Subang Jaya Medical Centre (SJMC) consultant clinical oncologist and radiotherapist Dr Ahmad Kamal Mohamed said, demonstrating how easy it was by placing his hand across his chest while reaching for his armpit.
