KUALA LUMPUR: Cathay Pacific Airways has temporarily suspended all scheduled flights between Malaysia and Hong Kong, citing the visa freeze imposed on travellers from SARS-affected countries by Malaysia as the reason.
The airline’s country manager (Malaysia and Brunei) Vivian Lo said the immediate implementation of the visa ruling from today had resulted in a drastic cancellation of bookings.
