KUALA LUMPUR: The prosecution has asked an appellate court to reverse the decision on a former Petronas Carigali geologist who was acquitted of murdering his wife on the grounds of insanity.
DPP Mohd Yusof Zainal Abidin said there was misdirection as the law stated that it was for the defence to provide proof if the respondent Muhamad Suhaimi Abdul Aziz had any mental illness.
