KUALA LUMPUR: The appeal by Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim against his sodomy charge resumed here yesterday with Attorney-General Datuk Seri Abdul Gani Patail saying there were discrepancies in the testimony of the prosecution's star witness, Azizan Abu Bakar.
Describing the testimony as a “hallmark of truth,” he told the Court of Appeal these discrepancies only showed Anwar's former family driver was confused and not lying.
