KOTA BARU: RTM will introduce guidelines to promote Kelantanese culture and arts despite the state government’s move to discourage such activities.

Deputy Information Minister Datuk Zainuddin Maidin said Kelantan possessed a rich heritage in arts and culture which could be exposed to the public.

“It is sad to see so many bureaucraic red-tape imposed by certain quarters to thwart its progress.

“RTM will continue to feature the beauty of such heritage despite the odds,” Zainuddin said at a dinner organised by Radio Malaysia Kelantan and the Kelantan Radio Club on Saturday night.
