KUALA TERENGGANU: More than 2,000 people took part in a PAS Youth rally here to protest the US-led attack on Iraq.

The rally started at the Terengganu PAS liaison office in Jalan Sultan Omar at 10am and was led by state Exco members, PAS vice-president Datuk Mustafa Ali and several Terengganu PAS leaders.

They brought placards criticising the invasion and urged the world to put pressure on the US and its allies to end the war.

The protestors marched towards Taman Shahbandar where speeches were made by PAS Youth members and Mustafa. – Bernama
