KUALA LUMPUR: The Cabinet has decided that those who want to set up humanitarian funds for Iraqis should channel the collection to Wisma Putra, said Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar.
He said it would be more effective and beneficial if all such funds were pooled together and handed over to the ministry, which would act as the co-ordinator.
