KUALA TERENGGANU: Terengganu will amend its state constitution to incorporate the principles and spirit stipulated by the Quran.
Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang said the amendment was merely to adopt the Islamic spirit and teachings that had been removed during colonial rule.
