KUALA LUMPUR: The Syariah High Court here ordered Kartika Sri, the six-year-old daughter of former deputy prime minister Tun Ghafar Baba and his ex-wife, D. Heryati Abdul Rahim, 41, to testify on April 28 in the custody case over her.
Judge Abu Bakar Ahmad made the order yesterday after Heryati’s counsel Datuk Mohamed Zaidi Mohamed Zain and Mohamed Yusmadi Yusoff, asked the court to allow the child to be brought to court so that he could observe her.
