KUCHING: The proposed major expansion of Kuching International Airport will cost RM700mil, said Chief Minister Tan Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud.
The upgrading would enable the airport to take in B747 aircraft and cater for chartered aircraft from foreign countries, Taib said at the launch of state-owned Hornbill Skyways rural air services here yesterday.
