KUALA LUMPUR: The trial of an assistant manager of a private company, who was accused of trespassing into model and actress Nasha Aziz’s apartment and insulting her modesty by fixing a spy camera there, began yesterday with a heated argument on when the alleged crime actually took place.

Counsel Ameenudin Mohd Ibrahim raised a preliminary objection at the onset of the court proceedings, saying that both charges did not specify an exact time and date of the offences, which were alleged committed by Ahmad Bakhtiar Abdul Kayoom, 26.
