TAIPING: A co-accused in the Hasleza Ishak murder trial told the High Court that he feared Mat Saad Isa because the self-confessed killer lived through a gruesome attack by a buffalo.
In making his defence under oath yesterday, J. Manimaran said: He was gored in the chest, and the tip of the buffalos horn pierced through his neck. He was stuck to the animal for half an hour before he got free.
