IPOH: Chinese and Indian youths are encouraged to enrol with the 20 industrial training institutes that are available in the country.
Human Resources Minister Datuk Dr Fong Chan Onn said that non-bumiputra youths accounted for less than 10% of the approximate 10,000 students that were enrolled into these institutes last year.
