144 illegal aliens detained during op

JOHOR BARU: A total of 144 illegal foreign workers were detained in an operation conducted by the Immigration Department and Rela. 

Johor Immigration Department director Abu Bakar Yeop said the illegals were detained from four locations in Taman Setia Indah, Taman Daya and Kempas during the 9.30am raid yesterday, which involved 75 immigration officers and 202 Rela officers.
