KUALA LUMPUR: Any individual can send a memorandum to the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague to indict US President George W. Bush, British Prime Minister Tony Blair and Australian Prime Minister John Howard for crimes against humanity for the war they are waging on Iraq, a senior lawyer said.
Zainur Zakaria said even if the action did not result in a successful indictment, it would cause some concern among these leaders that their actions will not go unopposed.
