ALOR STAR: A 42-year-old fisherman from Langkawi was jailed a total of 45 years and ordered to be given 21 strokes of the rotan on three counts of raping his underage daughter between 1996 and 1998.
The man from Kampung Padang Putih, Mukim Kedawang, Langkawi was sentenced to 15 years and ordered be given seven strokes of rotan for each rape that he committed during that period.
