KUALA LUMPUR: Racial polarisation and religious intolerance are becoming worrying trends in the country and a concerted effort must be made by all Malaysians to resolve these issues. 

Speaking to community leaders, academicians and editors at a seminar organised by the National Unity and Social Development Ministry, the minister, Datuk Dr Siti Zaharah Sulaiman, said: “What is even more worrying is that such trends have taken root in our schools.”
