BUKIT Mertajam MP Chong Eng received 11 stitches on her forehead and two fingers after she was mugged yesterday morning in Petaling Jaya.
This was the second stroke of bad luck for the DAP MP within 48 hours – she was a victim of snatch theft on Sunday near a hawker stall in Bukit Mertajam where she lost, among others, her identity card, a cell phone, a credit card, an ATM card and RM1,000 in cash.
