TANAH MERAH: Two men alleged to have caned a 17-year-old religious school student from SM Arab Khairiah Banggol Setol in Pasir Mas, 25 times last week, were ordered to be remanded for another three days by the magistrate’s court here yesterday.
The men, aged 33 and 23, of Kampung Banggol Setol, were produced before magistrate Ahmad Bazli Bahruddin, who allowed the application by police under Section 117 of the Penal Code.
