JOHOR BARU: A fisherman, who said he had an outstanding mobile phone bill of RM600 in 2000 before the line was disconnected, had a shock when he got a lawyers letter informing him of that he had not settled an amount for RM9,025.23.
Payang Arjang, 65, said the letter dated Feb 19 gave him a jolt because his monthly bill had never hit above RM250 since he applied for a line in 1999.
