KUALA LUMPUR: The Association of Private Hospitals Malaysia has asked its members to notify health authorities of suspected cases of atypical pneumonia, which has claimed nine lives, mostly in Asia.
Although no cases have been detected here, its president Datuk Dr Ridzwan Bakar said hospitals should isolate suspected cases and practise barrier nursing techniques.
