PETALING JAYA: A total of 59 hot spots were detected in Sumatra while three were discovered in Kalimantan, following the hot and dry weather.
According to a statement from the Department of Environment yesterday, the Asean Specialised Meteorological Centre in Singapore detected the hot spots on Friday.
