Rais: Suhakam report into ISA detention conditions fair

SHAH ALAM: The Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (Suhakam) has presented a “rather fair” report into the conditions of detention under the Internal Security Act (ISA), said Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Rais Yatim. 

“I have read Suhakam's public inquiry into the matter as presented to the Government. I do not find any segment that is controversial,” he said yesterday.
