PETALING JAYA: Malaysians will have to bear with the heat and humidity until the end of this month when the inter-monsoon season, which has a forecast of increased rainfall, is expected to begin next month.
A spokesman for the Meteorological Services Department said temperatures had been soaring to a maximum of 37 degrees Celsius in the northern region of the peninsula and about 35 degrees Celsius in the central area of the west coast.
