PUTRAJAYA: Civil High Court judges should compel lawyers to manage their cases intelligently in court to enable cases to be cleared faster.
Chief Justice Tun Mohamed Dzaiddin Abdullah said, as a temporary measure, lawyers should present questions that were short and precise and work out a document’s admissibility before tendering it in court as an exhibit.
