KUALA LUMPUR: The heat is on for the first international public speaking competition organised by the English Speaking Union of Malaysia (ESU), which will see the two top winners representing the country at the finals in London.
The preliminary competition, open to all Malaysian students aged 16 to 20, begins on March 8 at the KDU College in Penang.
