KUALA LUMPUR: Cuepacs, the umbrella union for some 950,000 civil servants, is proposing that government employees be paid an annual salary of 13 months.
Cuepacs president Datuk N. Siva Subramaniam said based on the number of weeks in a year and the numerous festivals celebrated in the country, civil servants should receive an additional month's salary.
