Two cops charged with raping of 13-year-old

KOTA KINABALU: Two General Operations Force (GOF) policemen were separately charged at the Sessions Court here yesterday with raping a 13-year-old girl who became the centre of a diplomatic tiff between Malaysia and the Philippines last year. 

The policemen, Mohd Fauzi Yahya, 34, and Ahmad Nazri Zainorddin, 33, pleaded not guilty before judge Datuk Nurchaya Arshad after being charged with rape under Section 376 of the Penal Code.
