Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (Utar) was born in the midst of a party crisis. However, the MCA views its birth as a blessing because the campaign to raise funds for the university can be used by the feuding teams as a catalyst for reconciliation, writes FOONG PEK YEE in conjunction with the party's 54th anniversary.

IF there is one factor that can bring the crisis-battered MCA together, it is the effort to make the Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman campus in Kampar a reality.
