PENANG: Women are offering cash as bait to lure schoolboys to have sex with them, according to Community AIDS Service Penang (CASP) chairman Dr Ismail Baba.
He said several secondary students admitted to him of their sexual encounters and fears during a health talk held at a school here recently.
