Student dies after race

IPOH: A Form Three student of SM Anderson collapsed and died after completing a 100m race at the school on Monday. 

Chang Chee Hong, 15, of Taman Wah Keong in Kampung Simee was rushed to the Ipoh Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival. 

A post mortem showed he died of heart problems. 

Chang was participating in the preliminary round of the race for the coming school sports meet. 

His father Weng Kong, 46, said he has no known ailments.
