KUALA LUMPUR: India will not meet its estranged neighbour Pakistan on the sidelines of the NAM summit even though Pakistan says its standing offer for a dialogue remains open.
Indian foreign secretary in the External Affairs Ministry Kanwal Sibal said there would be no meeting with Pakistan until it “satisfies its international obligations” first.
