KUALA LUMPUR: Judges should not be afraid to speak their minds on legal issues, especially on subjects concerning public interest, said Chief Justice Tun Mohamed Dzaiddin Abdullah.
“As judges, we are robust and not dissuaded by fear of criticism from saying or doing what we believe to be right,” he said in his speech at a dinner held at J.W. Marriott Hotel here on Wednesday.
