PENANG: From a low 57th position in the world’s container ports league six years ago, Port Klang is currently ranked 11th, said Transport Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ling Liong Sik.

“We will be lucky if we can occupy the 10th position soon but what is more important is that the port must continue to grow and maintain its current position,” he said yesterday when opening the Fourth International Association of Ports and Harbours (IAPH) Asia/Oceania regional meeting and port forum here.
